Perfect Moment Monday

My perfect moment came this weekend when I was over visiting my nephews. They are all going to Florida next week and I was suppose to go but I can't afford to take off of work right now and I am broke. So a couple months ago my nephew Jo.ey asked if I was going. I told him no because Aunt Shell does not have enough money. Fast forward to this past Saturday I was over and Jo.ey asked his mom if I was going with them next week to Florida. She said "Go ask her." He disappeared for a few minutes and came back with his piggy bank filled with money (it was very heavy especially for a 3 year old). He handed me his piggy bank and said "here is my money can you come to Florida with us now". Awww isn't that so sweet! It was very hard to say I still was unable to go. I couldn't believe he remembered from a couple months ago that I said I did not have the money. Too cute! For more perfect moments head on over to Lori's and see that everyone else is sharing.

That is so sweet.

It says a lot about Jo.ey, and it says a lot about the kind of aunt you are to him.

So cute.

How is it that I've been missing your blog lately? Oh wait.. I've been missing it because I've hardly been blogging at all..

Sorry about that.

How is it that PCOS can be so horrible for some and others can conceive with just slight difficulty? I just don't get it. We're working on year 3. Doctors are completely baffled as to why I don't ovulate at all when my PCOS is supposedly "mild."

So maybe I'm suffering from severe sleep deprivation, but that story nearly brought a tear to my eye! What a darling nephew. I wish you could go with them. :P

HOW SWEET! Makes me want to give you my piggy bank too! Just so Jo.ey isn't disappointed!

I will check that out. I love the idea of a perfect monday thing - Mondays are so dang dreary otherwise! Especially up here in Seattle.

I love how kids hear EVERYTHING and have very sensible solutions!

What a sweet boy!

That's adorable. I can't believe he's only 3. That's usually the 'non-sharing' stage. :)

btw: i was also shocked at UM's victory. B actually said that he would wear an ugly viking wig/hat combo to the game on sunday if UM won and he was made to do so... :)

also...wonder how sheridan learned to play? maybe the stress of knowing that he would be starting forced him to step up a bit?

ok...enough ranting.
