Goodbye Katie Jo!

RIP Katie Jo. We loved youso much and are so happy that you came into our lives even if it was for a short period of time. You are with your mommy now and I know you feel better then you have in a long time.

At 3:15 today we put Katie Jo down. The vet said there was nothing that could be done. She just kept having seizure after seizure and you could see that when she was not having one that she was not well. she would try to drink water and fall into the bowl. She would try to walk around and her legs would just give out. The vet said it would not get better and with her age, it was time. My heart is broken and we miss her very much!

Oh, sweetheart. I am so sorry you had to make that difficult decision. Katie Jo was a beautiful girl and I know she is resting well and looking down on you tonight.

Oh honey I'm so sorry. This is such a hard decision to have to make and even when it's the right decision it still sucks like crazy. Sending you many hugs.

I'm so sorry. You are a good mama and even when they are old or sick, it still sucks to have to make that decision. Sending lots of love and hugs your way.

I am so sorry for your loss. It breaks my heart to hear the struggle your little dog went through and now to know how you have to suffer with her loss. Please know you are in my thoughts.

Oh, Michelle, I'm so sorry! This time last year it was the same exact story for us and our 17yr old kitty. They said they could stop her seizures, but there were so many she'd never really be herself again, she'd just be drugged all the time, and would still have seizures. I know it's hard to believe right now, but you did the right thing for her!
